Very fast delivery and the food was hot. The spring rolls were excellent, the chicken fried rice was also good. However, the fried chicken was drenched with sauce so they did become quite soggy.

Shangri-La was one of the very first restaurants I was fortunate to experience on my first tour to Ramstein AB, Germany. Shangri-La hosted a going away party for one of my superiors (officers), and I was new to the Sq. Till this day, this restaurant remains at the TOP of my list of restaurants to visit if you're in the local area!!! The staff is absolutely AMAZING, very COURTEOUS and QUICK!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED RESTAURANT!!! I miss the plum wine (digestive shots) after the meal!!!

Price-performance ratio is right. Picked up the food due to the current corona situation. Still hot and tasty.

We had the food delivered and I really can't say anything good about the taste of the food. The food was delivered fast but the food was not good. Everything was either bland or salty or soggy. If you are looking for good Chinese, this isn't even average. Go somewhere else.

Chicken curry was delicious. In the other dish with beef, the meat was roughly like a shoe sole. Serving sizes were sufficient!

Ate here for the first and last time. Had the takeaway because you can't eat there because of Corona. The fried noodles preserve normal boiled spaghetti with soy sauce. Servings more for a child. The fried rice was more of a rice porridge. The sauces packed in breakfast bags. Never too bad.

Everything tastes frozen, pre-made, mass produced, and watered down. Pre made sauce covered deep fried frozen quasi-chicken meet with 1 inch thick breading. I mean, it seemed sanitary and expedient, but not at all appetizing or worth paying for. Not just a fluke, I ordered here a few times. Yes, it is cheap, but if I had 5 kids, I still wouldn't take them here in fear of turning them into the types who only eat chicken nuggets and fries. TLDR: not Chinese, almost not food, waste of money but will fill you up safely.

I would recommend asking for any sauces put on the side so you can add it yourself as they puddle your food. The duck and chicken meat I had were good. Soup was super bitter and the sauce was too. Service was good.

It's the cheapest Chinese restaurant we know. It's a flashback to the 80's when all restaurants were like this. The service is slow and the change that you will get your food all at once is slim. The food is normally okay, but the last time my wife had to run to the toilet when we arrived at home.

Our food was very salty. My husband called about the Egg-Fu-Yong he ordered , the man one the phone said it’s the gravy that comes already salty and then I tried my Genereal Tso’s with fried rice it was so salty that I couldn’t eat it.

The two appetizers that I had were delicious, the main course - well done - was just the wrong choice for me (too many mushrooms I would have liked more meat). Service perfectly ok, ambience typical of Chinese restaurants, all in all neat, price / performance ratio also acceptable. I would go again
